Artwork Guide

When you place an order, our website will guide you though uploading an image and cropping it to fit your chosen size.

• It is your responsibility to ensure that the image you upload is of a high enough quality to be printed at the size you have chosen. We will not be able to refund or replace prints that are pixelated or blurry due to low quality images.
• Please ensure there is about 5mm between any crucial design elements and the edge of the artwork to allow for cutting tolerance.
• Please don't include bleed or crop marks in your files; we do not need them.
• Our cropping tool only works on images. If you are uploading a PDF it must already be the right size for the size you have chosen.
• Colour variation between displays and print is to be expected. We automatically covert RGB files to CMYK for printing which sometimes results in the colours appearing slightly differently to how they would on a screen. This is impossible to avoid.
